You can do this by clicking on "Create an account" located in the Login Menu on the right hand side of the page. Once you are a member, you will receive further instructions and a VROC member will contact you to discuss the program further.

- Participate in the "Mentor Me" or "Reaching Every Student" programs. Your institution must be partnered with VROC but partnership is an easy process. To get started, call or contact the VROC office for instruction. An MOU between VROC and your institution must be signed which can be downloaded here.
Teachers/Educators
There are many ways for teachers/educators to participate. Here are the free ones:
- Subscribe to the T-WiSE podcast (This Week in Science & Education) through our website or iTunes and have your class submit live questions to the panel. There is no cost for subscription.
- Participate in the Community Forum. You must register with VROC but once you do you can access the forum and talk to researchers, experts, students and other teachers.
- Visit the video section. You will find lots of session clips on many different topics. They are freely accessible to you. To access the full one hour long video of a session you must register.
- Participate in "Reaching Every Student". Once partnered with VROC your School Board/District is entitled to two free VROC videoconferencing sessions per year. To get unlimited sessions your institution needs to become a VROC member.
These are the services that can be accessed once your School Board/District is a "member" of VROC. Your school board receives all of the above free services as well as...
- Unlimited videoconferencing sessions as part of the Reaching Every Student program
- Access to the Mentor Me program
Students
As a student you can have access to a lot of great resources - you just need to be a registered user of the VROC site. Once you register, you can access the Student section which will contain a great sample of videos and other resources for you.
