If you will be using a laptop/desktop to participate in the "On The Fly" program, VROC will provide you with software called ClearSea.  There are two installation options:

Option 1:  VROC installs the software

Step 1:  Please contact Mike McMillan at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it or 519-433-7866 ext. 22 to schedule a time to have ClearSea installed and configured on your computer.

Step 2:  When you are ready to have your computer set up, please click the button below to download TeamViewer.  Once you launch TeamViewer it will generate an ID to share with your VROC technician.

Option 2:  You install the software
