Virtual Researcher On Call

T-WiSE, also known as This Week in Science and Education, is VROC's internet show - taking place each week.  There are many ways to be involved in the show: 

• Subscribe to T-WiSE on iTunes or the VROC website
• Watch the show live
• Download previous episodes from the website
• Submit questions to the panel prior to airtime each week
• Submit questions live to the show through the chat room (active during a podcast on the front page)

Each week Kevin and co-panelists Colin Jagoe, Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board, and Dr. Thomas Merritt, Laurentian University and invited guest(s) discuss the latest news in the scientific realm as it relates to education.  Who should watch the show? Any teacher or student who is interested in cutting edge, real-time scientific discovery and would like to know how to bring this information into the classroom with lectures, projects, lesson plans, technology, etc.  Who else should watch the show? Researchers with an interest in contributing to education and insight into research of their peers.
